We manufacture distributed power cable temperature measurement systems for hot spots and fire alarms along the entire power cable. By embedding an optical fiber inside the cable, it allows the use of a well developed fiber optic distributed temperature technology to provide real time monitoring and locating all potential defects and risk points to ensure the reliable operation of the power supply system. The fiber measurement system has the advantages of long distance monitoring with no blind spots, immune to electromagnetic field and long lifetime. It can also provide a large number of online measured temperature data for supporting the rapid development of smart power grids.
