The high-speed detector module is a hermetical sealing, high reliability, low harmonic distortion PIN detector module, which is suitable for optical transmission system and high-speed laser signal measurement. The module has high analog bandwidth, the photoelectric gain is 0.9 A/W, and the response bandwidth covers the wavelength of 1000~1650nm. The analog bandwidth is available in 3GHz or14GHz, DC-coupled SMA RF output.
